Our EMS linen can be washed in the washing machine up to 40°C without hesitation. We recommend the use of commercially available liquid sports detergents. These clean hygienically and neutralise odours even at low temperatures. You can also find a suitable antimicrobial detergent in our store.
When drying the EMS underwear in the dryer, please set a low temperature. Allow for a shrinkage value of approx. 1-2% during the first drying process (trousers with a leg length of 97 cm will be approx. 1.5 cm shorter). This means we would have to throw away a returned item that has had its seal opened. Surely you also want to receive a hygienic EMS linen, which you can use immediately. In this sense and also in the name of sustainability, we ask for your understanding that we do not exchange opened packages. Please use our size chart to determine the correct size!

If the packaging and hygiene seal are intact, you can cancel the contract without giving reasons within 14 days. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
